🚛 Step 1: Scheduling and Site Prep Support

Once you’ve chosen your building, our transport company will contact you to let you know a delivery day for when it will arrive. We offer suggestions for site preparation, including foundation recommendations and access requirements.

Need help getting your site ready? We can give you tips on how to level your ground, what materials work best (gravel pad, concrete blocks, etc.), and how much space we’ll need to maneuver on your property.

🛠️ Step 2: Specialized Equipment for a Smooth Setup

Our buildings are transported using custom-built delivery trailers and shed mule systems—specialized equipment designed to move large structures into tight or hard-to-reach spaces with minimal damage to your lawn.

Whether you're in a rural area, navigating narrow gates, or placing your building on uneven ground, our delivery team comes fully equipped to handle it. The shed mule can lift, turn, and slide the building into place with minimal impact on your yard.

PLEASE NOTE: The shed mule will often turn over your sod, but it easily recovers by pressing the sod back down and/or applying a little grass seed as needed. Be mindful that we cannot prevent tracking or sinking if the ground is soft.

Once your building is in position, we carefully level it using treated wood shims or concrete blocks (concrete blocks must be provided by the customer) to ensure proper door alignment and long-term durability. This step is critical for performance and longevity—doors and windows function better, and the building resists settling over time.

We also double-check for stability and accessibility, ensuring your portable building is ready for immediate use.
